Details to Include in a High Flow Cartridge Replacement Request

Confirm the Interface, Not Only the Product Name

Send the complete label and part number, including suffixes, together with housing identification and safely obtained photos of both ends. Record nominal label size separately from actual measurements. State the reference surfaces used for overall and seating length, and whether adapters or handles are included. Note damage or deformation that may affect a measurement.

Leave missing information unknown; "absolute" alone does not establish a uniform efficiency across manufacturers.

Provide Comparable Operating Data

Identify the liquid, temperature, viscosity with source/units if known, solids and filtration objective. State normal/peak flow and whether values are per element, per housing or total system, plus the elements and housings in service or standby.

For differential pressure, identify the taps, monitored section, clean/current values and measurement conditions. Confirm approved alarm/change-out criteria separately from vessel pressure and component mechanical ΔP limits. Another manufacturer's water curve or maximum rating does not establish the selected replacement's capability.
