Cartridge filter housings are system components used to hold replaceable filter cartridges in selected water and process-liquid filtration systems. The housing provides the connection, closure, sealing and cartridge arrangement for the filtration assembly; the cartridge is the replaceable filtration element installed inside it. Final housing selection depends on the cartridge configuration, liquid, flow and operating conditions, so a product name or image alone does not confirm fit or interchangeability.
Start with the filtration objective and the available process and equipment information. Confirm the liquid or application, target flow, and normal and peak operating pressure and temperature, if known. Record the cartridge type, outside diameter, length, count, end configuration and seal details. Housing material and gasket or seal materials must be reviewed against the liquid and operating conditions. Also specify the inlet and outlet connection type, size and orientation, together with any drain, vent, closure, mounting or service-access requirements. For a replacement request, send the current housing model, drawing, sample information or clear photographs when available.
A housing is selected together with an appropriate cartridge configuration; the products linked here are not automatically interchangeable. High flow filter cartridges may be reviewed when the project requires that cartridge format and a corresponding housing arrangement. Melt blown filter cartridges provide a depth-style sediment and particulate filtration path when their dimensions, media and operating conditions are suitable. Stainless steel filter cartridges require exact construction, connection, seal and operating review for the requested metal-element route. In every case, verify cartridge dimensions, end configuration, seal arrangement, count and housing fit before quotation.
Send the liquid or application, filtration objective, target flow, pressure and temperature, cartridge size, type and count, requested housing material, connection details, seal or gasket requirements, drain, vent, closure or mounting needs, and quantity. Include an existing model, drawing, cartridge specification, sample information or photographs if available. Final construction, dimensions, suitability, pricing, availability and lead time are confirmed after technical review. Request a cartridge filter housing quotation.
