Go2Filter is a FiltEdge-operated platform with manufacturing support from SFFILTECH in China. Quality checks and test documentation depend on the selected product, manufacturing source and agreed order requirements. This page describes items to confirm, not tests performed on every product.
Specify required media, metal grades, seal materials and material documentation in the RFQ. Available records and inspection requirements are confirmed against the selected product and order.
Dimensional, structural, sealing and workmanship checks should be defined for the product construction. Sampling plans and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the order where required.
If filtration efficiency, particle retention, pressure drop or flow testing is required, state the test method and acceptance criteria. Report availability and the tested configuration must be confirmed; test results do not automatically apply to all operating conditions.
Pressure, fatigue and burst testing are product-specific requirements and are not implied for every filter. For pressure-containing equipment, provide the required design basis, operating limits and inspection documentation for technical review.
Provide the exact fluid or gas, concentration, temperature, exposure time and cleaning conditions. Material compatibility and any supporting test evidence are reviewed for the application; a material name alone does not establish suitability.
Visual checks, labeling, packing and any additional inspection requirements are agreed for the selected product and shipment. Packaging can reduce transport risk but does not guarantee damage-free delivery.
