Go2Filter currently operates as an RFQ-first industrial filtration inquiry website. Product pricing, availability, shipping method, lead time, and order acceptance must be confirmed in writing by Go2Filter before an order is accepted.

Standard stock items, if confirmed and sold in the future, may be reviewed for return eligibility within the period stated in the written quotation or order confirmation. Custom, made-to-order, application-specific, used, installed, or approved-production filtration products may not be returnable unless Go2Filter confirms otherwise in writing.

Do not ship any product back without written return authorization. Contact info@filtedge.com with your quote or order reference, product details, reason for request, and photos if relevant.
