Configurable Dust Collector Filter Bag Support Cages
Available cage families may include round, oval or flat, star-shaped and application-specific configurations. One-piece or multi-section/jointed construction, different header and bottom styles, and cages with or without a venturi may be reviewed for the confirmed dust collector design. These are selectable capabilities, not a universal specification for every application.
Material and Surface-Treatment Options
Material options may include carbon steel, galvanized steel and stainless-steel grades. Available surface-treatment families may include galvanizing, epoxy or plastic coating, and silicone coating. Final grade and treatment are selected after reviewing temperature, moisture, process gas, corrosion concerns, handling and installation conditions.

Drawing, Sample and Order Review
Customized cages can be reviewed from the existing cage, filter bag, tubesheet, drawing, clear photographs, sample or complete equipment measurements. Inspection points such as dimensions, straightness, roundness, ring spacing, weld condition and surface condition can be agreed for the order. Final price, MOQ, packaging, weight, shipping and lead time are confirmed in the quotation after the configuration and quantity are reviewed.
